Abit about me -

My name is Lexi, a 26 year old model ( www.misslexilane.com ) /photographer/studio owner - and family carer from Kent, that has a passion for all things creative!

From a young age i have never been able to resist the urge to take pictures when i see a good opportunity. It doesn't matter what it's of, i have to take it! I've never had a professional camera or anything like that until recently. So i have just used what i could before. Ranging from camera phones, to polaroids, throw aways, winde ons, to a basic digital camera.

Nearly twos years ago now, I acquired a 2 bedroom house and turned all of it into my home studio -

Some of the pictures I love taking the most are animal themed shoots, as I have quite abit of experience with working with and training anything from, rats to cats, dogs to goats, to horses! Every single species is trainable. You just have to find the right treat! I love shooting people too of course and I'm hoping to be shooting some of you soon!

The images on my port here are a mix of camera phone shots (i know blasphemy! A good shot is a good shot though, no matter what its taken on!) before my Canon days and then a few i have taken of models since.

Shooting with me -

I am not a prude and am more than happy to shoot anything you want, although i do prefer it to be arty, tasteful and thought provoking (as a model i shoot art nudes, however i also shoot fetish and erotica too).

I think if you are a new model just starting out or haven't been doing it long, it would be great practice as i can train you at the same time, abit more than what a tog would be able to do, as they don't see it from a models side. You may also be more comfortable shooting with me because i am female. The more comfortable you are in what you are shooting, the better the results will be! No one likes the 'deer in headlights' look!!!

While we are on the subject of being comfortable, please do feel free to bring some music with you if this makes you feel more at ease. I do have an eclectic taste, but always better to bring your own just in case!

Ideally I want someone who is -

Comfortable in their chosen levels
Bubbly yet professional
Has good communications
A good attitude - no prima donna's please - this is not how a model should behave - and i should know!
Can be somewhere on time or give me good notice if something happens - again, remember i know all the excuses! Just be honest with me!
Ideally you'll be sensible enough not to book a shoot the day after a sesh. Just tell me your going out to get messy the night before and can't do it (leaving plenty of notice of course!)- this is totally acceptable in my book! I tend not to shoot Sundays or Mondays for this reason!
Don't say you can shoot when you can't
Creative
Doesn't send me one liners
Reads profiles
Has a good, clean, varied, wardrobe
Has patience with beginners!!!
Isn't scared of trying new things
Brings their sense of humour with them

Accommodation
Studio (also available for hire - please do ask for rates)
As i said before, i have a very well equipped home studio, with 4 rooms for shooting, including an all white room, brick feature wall, dressing room, several bedroom sets, large windows with great natural light and private garden with a large ivy wall and small tree. I also have plenty of backdrops, a very large extensive wardrobe and props cupboard, plus a camera and lights and lighting accessories. There is also private parking and loads of great outdoor locations, all within walking distance, so you are spoilt for choice really!
